Carrier Strike Mutator Update - Portal

We've updated the Carrier Strike mutator to include the previously missing Carrier option.

Previously, builders could enable the Carrier by selecting the numerical value 2, but the option did not have a text label explaining what that value represented.

The Carrier label has now been added, so builders can select it directly when configuring their experience
