Welcome to the official community of the Vatican City State on Roblox!
The Vatican City State is a Catholic-themed Roblox community dedicated to evangelizing the youth on Roblox and recreating the life, institutions, traditions and atmosphere of Vatican City in an engaging and immersive virtual environment.
Within our Roblox experience, members can explore a recreation of Vatican City and participate in a wide range of activities and events. From attending liturgies at grand cathedrals to participating in real-life prayer and taking part in official community events, there is something for everyone.
Our community also features an extensive roleplay system inspired by the real-world Church. Members can take on a variety of roles and participate in the administration, ceremonies and everyday life of our virtual Vatican. Whether serving as part of the clergy, the Swiss Guard, religious life, lay altar serving, amongst others, everyone has an opportunity to contribute.
As part of our wider role within the Roblox community, the Vatican City State is also a member of the largest United Nations community on Roblox, allowing us to represent the Vatican within a wider virtual international community.
We place particular importance on Catholic tradition and the beauty of the Church's liturgy. Our events may include Masses, processions, papal ceremonies, feast-day celebrations, prayers and other Catholic activities, adapted appropriately for a Roblox environment. We aim to approach these subjects respectfully while keeping the experience accessible and enjoyable for our players.
Beyond roleplay, our Discord community provides a place to socialize, make friends, discuss Catholicism and Church history, share announcements, organise events and get involved in the development of the community. We welcome both Catholics and those simply interested in learning more about the Vatican.
Our community is entirely fictional and operates independently on Roblox and Discord. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the real Vatican City State, the Holy See, or the Catholic Church.
Whether you have come to explore Vatican City, participate in roleplay, attend an event, learn about Catholic traditions, meet other players or simply see what our little corner of Rome has to offer, you are welcome.
